Juniors Classes

We have tailored a martial arts program for children between 8 to 14 years of age that educates and engages them using exciting and fun training methods. The Junior program teaches children a broad spectrum of basic and advanced Martial Arts and self-defence techniques. In addition we teach a variety of fundamental values in our Life skills program. We always maintain a well supervised training area where safety is our highest priority.

Our program runs continuously and enables new students to join in at any stage.

Seniors Classes

We have a specially designed program for teens and adults that encompasses the majority of martial arts skills. Theprogram is directed to beginners and intermediate level practitioners and requires no prior knowledge in Martial Arts.

Participants will learn a wide range of techniques from different styles of Martial Arts in a diversified and interesting training session. The program is carefully structured to build up your skill set and maximise the learning process.

You will benefit in many ways including positive long term effects on your life and health, by feeling fitter, stronger and living a more active and fulfilling life.
